Dear Customer, due to a significant software upgrade project currently underway, we will likely not meet the posted response timeframes for customer applications, designs, phone calls, and emails.

We will continue to do our best to respond as quickly as possible however, during this time, our expected response times will increase to:

• 20 working days for Customer-Initiated Work Applications
• 7 working days for phone calls and email queries

We expect to be back to normal business timeframes by late August / early September and we thank you for your understanding during this period.
