Transport a high load
We are currently experiencing resourcing issues in our team that supports this service. Therefore, we may not be able to attend to your request within the usually specified timeframes. We will advise when we can return to normal staffing levels and will systematically work through any backlog. In order to manage the risk to the public and our staff during Alert Level 2, all our staff will be wearing face masks while working. This includes any face-to-face interaction with our customers for Cable Location requests, and Close Approach Consent applications.
Please ensure that when meeting our staff you respect the 2 metre social distancing rule and wear a mask. If you have cold or flu symptoms, we recommend that you delay applying for a Cable Location or Close Approach. If you have already applied and are feeling unwell, please let us know so that we can postpone.

You need written consent from Top Energy when you transport any tall structure such as a house, boat or other oversize load as it has the potential to damage overhead power lines and pose a public safety risk.
