Supporting Our Community

We are conscious that this increase comes at a time when many households are already managing rising costs and are experiencing energy hardship. We have worked hard over the years to keep prices as low as possible.

Over the past three years, we’ve reduced prices and today our lines charges are at the same level as they were in 2013.
We remain committed to evaluating our pricing annually and doing everything we can to minimise the impact of rising costs on our community.
Our priority is ensuring a strong, resilient network that can continue to serve the Far North safely and reliably.
