We provide a Living Wage

COVID-19 and rising costs of living have seen many in our community struggle with basic expenses such as food, transportation, utilities, housing and childcare. At Top Energy all employees in entry level roles are paid the Living Wage as a minimum.

Calculated independently each year by the New Zealand Family Centre Social Policy Unit, the Living Wage is higher than the minimum wage prescribed by the government

We look after our staff and whanau

The mental health and wellbeing of our employees is important to us.

We provide annual wellness checks, flu vaccinations, an employee assistance programme, medical insurance and encourage participation in sporting events.

Through our online wellness programme, Tracksuit Inc, staff access content and participate in fun challenges focused on creating a healthier lifestyle.

Our employee benefits programme gives staff access to fuel and retail discounts, and we provide a long service bonus.

We often have employees’ teens in for work experience and we encourage whānau to come along to staff events.
