Your application fee and documentation is required before your application is processed.
You can pay your application fee by eftpos at our Kerikeri office, Puketona or Kaitaia depots, or through online banking into account number 02-0332-0011638-00 using 'DG' and your surname as the payment reference. We do not accept credit card payments.
Please note, this is the initial application form, and there may be a requirement for a final application form as part of this process.
